Welcome to MacroForge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MacroForge mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Kologboh LLC ("MacroForge", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MacroForge. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
MacroForge offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused portions.
If you begin a free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price automatically.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to MacroForge, including food logs, workout data, photos, and personal metrics. By using the Service, you grant MacroForge a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.
MacroForge provides general nutrition and fitness tracking tools for informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise program, or supplement regimen. MacroForge is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.
All content, branding, software, and design elements of MacroForge are the property of Kologboh LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
MacroForge integrates with third-party services including Apple App Store (for payment processing), Supabase (for data storage), and AI providers (for food recognition features). Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kologboh LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
